We are a professional real estate company serving the greater KMC (Kaiserslautern Military Community) area. Our mission is to make your transition as smooth as possible and helping you to get settled in Germany. Wether you are searching for a long or short term home (for rent and/or buy): we won’t leave you hanging. Moving to a different country can be challenging especially due to the cultural differences, the language barrier and the european lifestyle. We will provide you with all the information that you need to get settled (rental car, TLA. long term, internet, signing up with local companies for utilities) and guide you every step of the way. We charge no fees to tenants and hope to see you at one of our properties.
